Legal Counsel. Are you a qualified solicitor with experience in the corporate or commercial sector who is now looking for a new challenge? Our client, a fast growing engineering solutions provider to the global green energy & technology sector are now expanding their in-house legal team & have engaged exclusively with Cpl to hire a Legal Solicitor .  This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified & ambitious candidate to further develop their career in the commercial/corporate law sector, so if you're interested, please apply!  The Job :  Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will act as a key part of the leadership team & will cover a remit including duties such as reviewing, drafting & negotiating commercial & professional services agreements, managing vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant EU & local legislation, coordinating internal policies from a legal perspective & assisting external legal advisors when the need arises. In addition to the above you will also provide ongoing guidance, advice & recommendations to leadership team. Your Skills/Experience that we need :  Qualified solicitor. 4-5+ years post qualification experience ideally gained in an in-house legal or commercial law focused role. Experienced gained in or with the engineering, construction or technical services sectors would be an advantage. Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to multi-task. Proven ability to manage projects & work with minimal supervision. The Offer :  The salary on offer will depending on candidate skills & experience but is expected to range 100-120k. In addition there is a strong benefits package including pension contributions, private health care, further education assistances, annual bonus & excellent further career progression opportunities. This role will be a hybrid mix of 2-3 days office based in Limerick city & the balance remote/working from home. Candidates holding restricted visas or work permits will not be considered.
